Schedule a New Patient Appointment
- Due to the current global COVID-19 pandemic, all initial consultations will be conducted virtually via Zoom.
- Once an appointment time has been scheduled, the confirmation email will include the Zoom link required for the day of your appointment. Please access the link a few minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to troubleshoot any technological issues.
- A few days prior to your virtual appointment, you will receive a follow-up email containing some additional information and FAQs.
- If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance in order for other patients to be accommodated. No call/no shows will have to schedule another appointment.
- New appointment slots are added daily. If you are having trouble booking a new appointment, please contact us preferably via email or phone.
