Schedule a New Patient Appointment

  1. Due to the current global COVID-19 pandemic, all initial consultations will be conducted virtually via Zoom.
  2. Once an appointment time has been scheduled, the confirmation email will include the Zoom link required for the day of your appointment. Please access the link a few minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to troubleshoot any technological issues.
  3. A few days prior to your virtual appointment, you will receive a follow-up email containing some additional information and FAQs.
  4. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance in order for other patients to be accommodated. No call/no shows will have to schedule another appointment.
  5. New appointment slots are added daily. If you are having trouble booking a new appointment, please contact us preferably via email or phone.
